Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs Launches In September!

Amnesia: The Dark Descent was one creepy game. Understatement aside, the developers are looking to outdo themselves with their Amnesia title!

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, the follow up to The Dark Descent, takes place in the year 1899. A wealthy industrialist by the name of Oswald Mandus just returned home from a disastrous expedition to Mexico. Apparently when he got back he was plagued by a fever and fell into a deep sleep. When he awakens he has no idea how much time has passed. All he hears is the sound of an engine somewhere beneath his feet.

That just sounds scary. Making things worse is the fact that there are no weapons; fighting back is not an option. Oswald (the player) is helpless and alone with only a lantern to keep him (you) company.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is currently available for pre-order at the discounted price of $15.99 (normally $19.99) on Steam, GOG, Humble Store, etc. The game will be released on September 10th. Be sure to check back as we continue to lose sleep, covering this title!
