Baldur’s Gate 3 Might Launch in Early Access This Year

The hope is that the game will hit Early Access in August. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, it might not come out this year. The team wants to offer fans AAA production values – including fully cinematic dialogue, cooperative multiplayer, and more. That’s hard to do when everyone’s working from home.

That’s not to say that Larian hasn’t been working hard. Working from home, they’ve been able to march towards Early Access; this is how they came up with the August (maybe) date. We’ll have to wait and see if things pan out though. Either way, Baldur’s Gate 3 is a game worth keeping our eyes on.
