Bethesda Reveals Quake Champions Website/Promotes Closed Beta Sign-up!

Bethesda and id Software today launched a new website for the upcoming Quake Champions. Their reason (other than to share information about the FPS) was to facilitate sign-ups for the inevitable closed beta!

News about the arenas, weapons, and Champions can all be found on the new site, with more detailed videos coming at a later date; a profile video for the Champion Nyx will land this tomorrow for instance. As for the closed beta, there’s no word on when it’ll go live beyond a vague “in the coming weeks”. That said, I’m sure gamers will be blasting each other to bits in no time…

Speaking of which, PAX East attendees will be able to get their hands on Quake Champions this weekend. Just look for Bethesda’s booth (#18007 and 20007).

Quake Champions looks to be the return of the fast paced competitive shooters of old. We’re looking forward to seeing more of this game as it gets closer to launch…whenever that’ll be!
