Dishonored 2 Gets Free Update Next Week!

Bethesda announced that a free update is coming to Dishonored 2. Featuring a New Game Plus mode, the update will allow gamers to combine the powers of Emily and Corvo!

Dishonored 2 is all about our freedom of choice. This new update further facilitates this ideal with New Game Plus. After completing the game, players will be given the option of starting New Game Plus (basically starting a new game with all of your Bonecharms and Runes). In doing so, they’ll also be able to share abilities between Corvo and Emily. Now you can “blink” around Karnaca regardless of who you play as.

New Game Plus will be released on December 19th on all platforms. Arkane Studios will release another update in January. This one will feature a missions select and additional custom difficulty options, making the game more or less challenging. We’ll share more information about this second update as soon as we hear from Bethesda. In the meantime, be sure to check out our review of Dishonored 2 (if you haven’t done so already).
