Overkill’s The Walking Dead Console Release is Delayed!

Starbreeze and Overkill Software announced today that Overkill’s The Walking Dead is now “expected” to launch in February. As in, the date may be changed before then?

The idea that this date isn’t set in stone makes sense. With all of the games – Devil May Cry 5, Anthem, and Metro Exodus to name a few – dropping in that same month, it would be wise to keep their options open. As it stands, Overkill’s The Walking Dead will launch on February 6th (on the 8th in Europe and other territories) on the Xbox One and PS4; the PC version is still slated for November 6th (the 8th in other territories) of this year.

Overkill’s The Walking Dead looks interesting. Fans have been clamoring about this title for some time, if only to see how it was shaping up. Now that it’s playable (Gamescom attendees can try out a new level called Underpass) its only a matter of time before it hits store shelves. Regardless of when it’s released, be sure to check back here as we continue to cover this title!
