PS4 Sales Surpass 90 Million Units Worldwide

Thanks to games like Marvel’s Spider-Man and God of War, Sony was able to sell 5.6 million PS4’s during the 2018 holiday season. Over 50.7 million PS4 games were sold during that time as well – Spider-Man sold over 9 million copies since its launch in September. Basically, Sony flagship console continues to dominate the gaming landscape!

John Kodera, President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment wanted to “express his gratitude to [Sony’s] passionate community around the globe”. He also promised to “bring more enhanced experiences and highly anticipated games to [fans] this year”.
