Rise of Comics!

It seems like every publisher is getting a digital comic made for their upcoming titles. Dead Island and Orcs Must Die are two titles featuring their own free short comics. Now we add another title to the list. Today SEGA announced a new comic strip based on its Rise of Nightmares title called The lost Tapes of Roland Childs. Created by author Al Ewing and artist Marc Olivent, the Lost Tapes of Roland Childs tells the story of a private detective that went missing in the mansion in the game. If you’ve played the game, you’d know that there are tapes you can collect while playing. On the tapes are Roland’s last recordings before going missing. This comic shows you what happened before then.

After checking it out myself, I am happy to say I was pleased with what I saw. Hopefully more publishers will follow suit. Click here to check out the comic in full. Please note that it contains adult language and scenes!
