Rockstar Releases New Red Dead Redemption 2 Trailer!

Rockstar is at it again. They’ve released another awesome trailer that’s posed to garner a ton of hype – seriously, they should get an award or something…

Of course, the trailer I’m speaking of is for Red Dead Redemption 2. Here we are reintroduced to the Van Der Linde gang; Dutch from the first Redemption can be seen chatting with our new protagonist, Arthur Morgan. This of course means that Red Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel.

Does that mean we’ll see a younger John Marston? Who knows. What’s more interesting is whether or not Arthur Morgan survives this game, as he’s not mentioned in the first one (meaning he either died or left the narrative before John went after Bill in the first game). It might turn out that he leads a different life, setting up a part 3 in a different area and time. Either way, we’ll have to wait till next spring to find out.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to the Xbox One and PS4 spring 2018. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as more information (and awesome trailers) comes our way.
