Sackboy Returns in New Platformer

That’s right! Sackboy is back with an all new adventure. Featuring a streamlined, platforming experience and multiplayer options, fans are seemingly in for a treat.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a new 3D platformer. Developed by Sumo Digital – known for Team Sonic Racing and co-developed games like Forza Horizon 4 and Crackdown 3 – if features a new cast of characters, all of which are fully customizable.

The game also sports a new control scheme and gameplay mechanics. Players will be able to team up with friends and platform their way through various environments. And based off of the trailer below, they’ll be able to do so in a suitable fashion; gone are the floaty physics found in the previous games.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure seems like it’ll be loads of fun when it releases. Between it and Ratchet & Clank, Sony has plenty of mascot power coming to the PS5.
