Telltale’s Walking Dead Returns in December!

Telltale recently announced the release date of the upcoming third season of their hit series, The Walking Dead. Gamers will reacquaint themselves with Clementine’s zombie filled world come December!

Called The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, this third season takes place four years after the fall of everything. Gamers will play as Javier, a young man who’s determined to find his family. Along the way, he’ll meet up with Clem – lucky for him. How far would you go to protect your family? That’s the question they’ll both need to answer as they battle back legions of the undead. Fun times, am I right?

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will be available starting December 20th. Telltale also revealed that a retail version (shown above) will be released on February 7th, 2017. The game will feature the full season, with each episode unlocking as they’re released digitally, and come in a nice shelf-able box. Interesting enough, if you pre-order the digital version for the PS4, you’ll get complementary copies of The Walking Dead: Season Two and The Walking Dead: Michonne.
