The Swords of Ditto Arrive in April!

Devolver Digital has announced the release date of the charming action RPG, The Swords of Ditto. Fans will be able to battle against the forces of the evil come April…

Developed by onebitbeyond, The Swords of Ditto’s story is told through compact adventures. Every 100 years, a new hero(s) awakens to challenge the evil witch Mormo. Each one will wield the legendary sword that saves the experience and power gained from previous adventures to be used in later playthroughs.

Even though each adventure is different, there are mainstays beyond the sword. For instance, if you fail in defeating Mormo, the next hero will awaken in a darker, more dangerous world. It’s an interesting concept – it’s reminds me a bit of Rogue Legacy in how items and such are passed down to newer heroes after death. Hopefully, the gameplay will be just as fun.

The Swords of Ditto will be available on the PS4 and PC on April 24th. Be sure to check back here as we continue to follow this title!
