ATLUS Offers Etrian Mystery Dungeon’s DLC for Free!

ATLUS revealed that when Etrian Mystery Dungeon releases this April, gamers who purchase it will be able to get all of its DLC for free!

Gamers who pick up the game before May 5th will get five extra quests. The first three will task them with finding a lost adventurer in the dungeons. Once found, they’ll unlock special meals made by NPC Niralda in the Amber Café. Each one grants buffs that last until the player exits a dungeon. The last two DLC quests are repeatable ones that involve slaying difficult monsters for special rewards. The full quest list is below:

•    Find a Wanderer for me! Find the master chef Wanderer to unlock three new recipes for the Amber Restaurant! ($1.49)

•    Find a Princess for me! Find the stray Sovereign to unlock a meal fit for a king in the Amber Restaurant! ($1.99)

•    Find a Landsknecht for me! Find the adventurous Landsknecht to unlock three new recipes for the Amber Restaurant! ($1.49)

•    Know the Red Pookas? Slay a Red Pooka wandering around the dungeon to receive a Golden or White potion for extra experience! ($1.99)

•    Slay the Gold Guardian! Defeat an elusive Gold Guardian in the dungeon to receive a Nugget of Gold fragment for extra gold! ($1.49)

Also, beginning March 31st, an Etrian Mystery Dungeon theme will be available on the Nintendo eShop for 99 cents. The static theme as scrolling character art, plays the main theme song, and has custom folders.

Etrian Mystery Dungeon will be released on the Nintendo 3DS on April 7th. Be sure to check back here for our review closer to launch!
