Crytek Reveals Crysis Remastered

Crytek recently announce that they’d be releasing a remaster of Crysis. Hopefully this time around, the game won’t be tough to run on PC.

The original Crysis taxed PC’s back in 2007. Notorious for introducing a new bench mark, even gamers with powerful rigs had a hard time playing it; the game looked amazing back in the day. I can’t image that this new version will be the same. Well, maybe on the Switch…

Whatever the case, shooter fans should be excited. Co-developed on CRYENGINE with Saber Interactive, Crysis Remastered will feature the game’s single player campaign. It’ll include upgraded visuals with high-quality textures, improved art assets, temporal anti-aliasing and more.

Gamers will be able to play through Crysis Remastered’s single player campaign when it’s released on Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC later this summer. Be sure to check back here as we continue to cover this title!
