Daylight’s Coming to PS4 and PC!

ATLUS decided to get a jump on E3 by showing some new screens from Daylight, a new first-person survival horror game coming to the PS4!

Developed by Zombie Studios, Daylight is about the player regaining consciousness in an abandoned hospital with only a cell phone to use as a light source. They’ll have to find their way out of this maze like environment, all while creepy things lurk in the shadows.

The game looks pretty good; it utilizes Unreal Engine 4.

“Since showing off a pre-alpha build of Daylight at PAX East the attention on the project has grown tremendously! With the gained attention, we were approached with the opportunity to partner with ATLUS to help release Daylight worldwide on Steam and exclusively to the PlayStation 4 system,” said Jared Gerritzen, studio director, Zombie Studios.

What’s really interesting is that the levels are procedurally generated. Meaning all of the clues, items, and dangers will change in location; no two playthroughs will be the same.

Daylight will be released in the first quarter of 2014 for the PlayStation 4 and PC!
