Bound by Flame is a fantasy-themed action RPG. Developed by Spiders, it features gameplay mechanics – gamers can expect to customize their characters, craft and improve equipment, develop relationships with comrades, etc. – found in their past titles (like Mars War Logs). It casts gamers as a mercenary that’s been possessed by a flame demon who slowly changes the protagonist based on how they use the demon’s powers.

Bound by Flame isn’t a bad game. It just has too many issues to really compete with longstanding action RPGs.
