State of Decay

State of Decay is a survival horror game developed by Undead Labs. It features survival elements (where players forge for supplies and craft items) and sim/base building mechanics in an open world environment. It also has rogue elements, where dying is permanent; players would be forced to complete the story as a different character. Basically, SoD does a great job of simulating what it would feel like living through a zombie apocalypse.
