Yakuza 5 is the fifth game in the Yakuza action adventure series. Developed by SEGA, the series follows the exploits of Kazuma Kiryu and his friends/family and their ties to the Yakuza in Japan. Though the gameplay centers around beat’em up mechanics and minigames – similar to what’s found in other open world games like GTA – the series is mostly known for it’s compelling stories.
*The original game was released in Japan on Dec. 5th, 2012 before being localized for the Americas and Europe in 2015.
