Limited Edition Collections of GTA V’s Soundtrack Announced!

In celebration of GTA V’s move to the PS4, Xbox One and PC, Rockstar Games will be releasing limited edition collections of the game’s soundtrack!

In collaboration with Mass Appeal Records, Rockstar is releasing GTA V’s music on both CD and Vinyl. Called The Music of Grand Theft Auto V, this edition will feature 59 tracks from the assortment of artists, the game’s original score (composed by Tangerine Dream, Woody Jackson, The Alchemist + Oh No, mixed by DJ Shadow) and more. It will be limited to a production run of under 5,000 units worldwide starting December 9th.

The vinyl collection will feature a total of six vinyl records, a full color booklet and an exclusive lithograph poster in a classic box-set. The CD collection includes three discs along with a branded Grand Theft Auto V gold brick-shaped USB Drive, artwork and poster all sealed in a special die-cut package. Also, a number of DJs from GTAV will be returning to add new radio content to their respective stations. It’s basically an awesome addition to any GTA fan’s musical library, even if you already bought the digital version on iTunes!

There’s no word on a price just yet. With the release date just about a month away, I’m sure we’ll find out what the collection costs soon.
