Moon Spider Studio Reveal Their First Title!

Moon Spider Studio today announced their first title today. Called Harold, this new title tasks gamers with protecting a runner as he races through dangerous obstacle courses. Interesting!

Based on the premise Harold reminds me of games like Bit Trip Runner. Harold looks to be more than a puzzle platformer clone though. The team at Moon Spider feature creative talent, some of which have worked for iconic studies like Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks. These artists are focused on making, not only a good game, but a visually stunning one.

“We have a fantastic team here at Moon Spider Studio and all I want to do is make good games,” said Loris Malek, President of the Moon Spider Studio. “We’ve assembled some of the most talented artists, designers and programmers from inside and outside of the video game industry, each with incredible pedigrees. We’ve been working on Harold for a while now and we can’t wait to finally show our creation to the world.”

Harold will be released on consoles and PC sometime in 2013. It will however, make a public debut at PAX Prime (booth  #129). If you’re going to PAX, be sure to check it out!
