Red Barrels Releases Outlast 2 Demo!

Red Barrels is looking to scare their fans with a demo of their upcoming survival game, Outlast 2. Seems fitting, given the month we’re in…

Outlast 2 puts gamers in the shoes of Blake Langermann, a cameraman working with an investigative journalist (his wife Lynn) on cases most shy away from. Apparently, upon investigating a story about murdered pregnant woman, this pair ended up in the Arizona desert. From there things get more interesting. And of course by interesting, I mean bat #$% crazy!

Wonder how this new story connects to the events of the first Outlast? Check out the Outlast comic book series, The Murkoff Account. It bridges the gap between the two games. As for this demo, it’s currently available on Steam, Xbox One, and the PS4. It’ll be removed come Nov. 1st, so don’t dilly-dally. I mean, unless you’re afraid to play it.
