Remnant: From the Ashes Gets a Release Date

Gunfire Games and Perfect World revealed the release date for their upcoming third-person, survival action shooter, Remnant: From the Ashes. And because it’s E3, they provided an action-packed trailer to go along with this news…

Set in a post-apocalyptic world, players are tasked with facing hordes of deadly enemies in hopes of securing humanity’s survival. That’s easier said than done. With challenging bosses, dynamically generated maps/levels, and numerous obstacles, players have their work cut out for them.

Up to three players can join forces to better their chances of survival. They’ll have to work together to gather loot and materials (need to upgrade their weapons/armor) in dangerous environments. While out in the field, they’ll also be able to take on side quests to acquire new items and extra XP. Hopefully, those items and experience will help them to complete the campaign; if they make it that far.

Remnant: From the Ashes will be available for $39.99 on the PS4, Xbox One and PC come August 20th. Be sure to check back here for more gaming news.
