Supermassive Delays The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope’s Release

Supermassive recently announced that the release date for The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope was moving to Fall 2020. The reason stems from Covid-19 and their current development process. Essentially, they need more time…

Pete Samuels, CEO of Supermassive/Executive Producer on the anthology, stated as much in his letter to the fans. “Our industry, and the entire world, have been faced with an unprecedented situation over the last few months,” said Samuels. “Our priority, throughout has been the safety of our team.”

He went on to explain how Supermassive’s desire to keep everyone safe and deliver the best game possible, meant a delayed release. Which is great news. Sure, it would be nice to be able to play Little Hope sooner than later. But the well being of Supermassive as a whole is way more important. Here’s hoping that the team can stay safe while working the game!

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope will be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC something this fall. Be sure to check back here as we continue to cover this title.
