Telltale Releases The Walking Dead: The Final Season Trailer!

Telltale’s biggest series is coming to a close – Telltale and Skybound announced that the first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season will be released in August.

Telltale is pulling out all the stops. This includes a new over-the-shoulder camera system, new graphic style (that closer resembles the Walking Dead comics) with 4K resolution/high dynamic range, and of course a gut-wrenching story. They were also kind enough to release the game’s first trailer…

Clementine has reached the last chapter of her journey. Life has been tough for her and AJ; their grim reality is made more apparent via their rules, namely the one about saving that last bullet for themselves. Sacrifices will need to be made if they are to survive. That said, Clem (the player) will need to be careful. AJ will be watching and learning – he’ll be the one directly affected by Clem’s choices.

The first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, will be available starting August 14th. Those who pre-order the season ($19.99) will immediately receive The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection, which gathers all 19 existing episodes of the previous seasons into a single package. Basically, it’ll allow you to catch up before the Final Season launches.
