Warner Bros. To Publish The Witcher 3!

CD Projekt RED needed a publisher to bring The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to North America. As awesome as this series is, it seemed to take a while before a publisher would step up. Today that changed – we’ve finally been informed of a deal that’s been in the works for some time. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will be publishing RED’s title!

Interactive Entertainment is an extremely valuable partner for us because of their experience and established position on the American market, which is crucial to CD Projekt’s further rapid development. We’re very happy that our partners share our faith in The Witcher 3’s success and are ready to become fully engaged in providing promotion and sales support for the franchise in North America,” said Adam Kicinski, President, CD Projekt.

The previous Witcher titles were well received. It featured interesting twists on normal RPG mechanics and a nonlinear story. The third and final installment ups the ante with a huge open world, amazing graphics and multiple branching quests wrapped up in the main plot.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released sometime in 2014 for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
