Dotemu Releases “Behind the Art” Streets of Rage 4 Trailer

Dotemu has release another Streets of Rage 4 video. Focusing on the art design, this one takes fans behind-the-scenes to learn the inspirations behind the game’s hand drawn style.

The video is led by Ben Fiquet and Julian Nguyen You, Lizardcube’s Art & Creative Director and Lead Background Artist, respectfully. They explore the level of detail/work that went into creating this new look.

The idea was to incorporate new elements while holding onto the series’ signature aesthetics. Judging from what we’ve seen so far, their efforts weren’t in vain; SoR4 looks great!
