Bandai Releases First Part of SoulCalibur Documentary

Bandai Namco released the first part of a SoulCalibur documentary today. Dubbed Souls and Swords: The Rise of SoulCalibur Part 1, this video gives a brief look at the series’ history.

The video is interesting. It’s nice to look back on found memories, including some popular matches from key tournament players. It’s also cool to see how the series has or hasn’t changed since it debut in arcades back in ‘95.

SoulCalibur VI will be available next week. Here’s hoping it produced new moments that are worth documenting years from now.
