Nintendo Reveals Their E3/Treehouse Event Plans!

Nintendo finally announced its plans for E3. Well…its plans in terms of when they’ll be live streaming via a two-day program.

Similar to last year, Nintendo is using their Treehouse: Live at E3 stream to provide coverage for their titles. We already knew they’d be showcasing the Legend of Zelda for the Wii U. Today though, they announced that they’d be streaming the first live gameplay of Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon as well as other upcoming games.

The first day, June 14th, will kick off at 9am PT (12pm ET) with Pokemon and Zelda. The second day, June 15th, will start at 10am PT (1pm ET). Here Nintendo will provide coverage for Monster Hunter Generations, Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past and Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE. There will also be a Pokemon GO developer Q&A.

Nintendo’s line up seems a bit short sighted this year; while the Legend of Zelda is sure to hold our attention, we can’t help but notice a shortage in games. And because the NX won’t be shown at E3, there isn’t much to get excited about. Hopefully, Nintendo has a few surprise up their sleeves…

You’ll be able to watch the show on our site or at Nintendo’s E3 site.
