WB Reveals Gauntlet Comic Book!

Warner Bros. Interactive Ent. announced today that when gamers pre-order their upcoming title Gauntlet, for a limited time they’ll get an exclusive free digital comic from DC Entertainment. Called Gauntlet: Darkness Calls, it details the origins of the vile master Morak!

Certain retailers will also have unique pre-order items (like in-game weapons). Those interested will be able to pick up the game via digital download for $19.99 when it releases later this year.

Based on what I’ve seen of the game, it looks like it’s going to be fun. It still features four player co-op, the classic characters: Warrior, Wizard, Valkyrie, and Elf, and action packed dungeon crawling gameplay. Will it be as good as the older titles in the series? We’ll have to wait till September to find out.

Gauntlet is scheduled to be released on September 3rd for PC. Be sure to check back as we continue to follow this title!
