NetherRealm Releases MK11 Story Trailer

NetherRealm recently released a story-based trailer for MK11. Featuring a deeper look into the game’s time-bending plot, it gives a sneak peek into what Kronika has planned for the realms…

Earth realm’s recent victories (thanks to Raiden tampering with time during the events of MK9) has gotten Kronika’s attention. Apparently, these events have tipped the balance of good and evil towards good, ruining the stability of the realms. In order to set things “straight”, Kronika rewinds time/resurrects past heroes and villains in chaotic fashion.

Mortal Kombat is one of the few fighting game franchises that offers compelling stories. MK11 is on track to continue in this regard.

Mortal Kombat 11 will be available on the Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC come April 23rd.
