Saber Reveals World War Z Season 2 Roadmap

Saber Interactive shared a first look at World War Z’s second season roadmap. Featuring both free and paid content, fans will receive a bunch of new goodies in the coming months…

This includes two new PvE missions (set in Moscow and New York), a wave-based horde mode, and a new zombie type. It also offers up a new weapon and cosmetic items – weapons skins and such.

The biggest inclusion has to be cross-play. That said, we aren’t sure how this will work. Will fans be able to play with each other on PC and consoles? And if so, which consoles? Sony’s just recently started allowing cross-play with Microsoft via select games (most notably, in the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare).

World War Z is a fun zombie-based shooter. As such, we’ll continue to provide coverage as the game grows/improves.
