Watch the 2018 Game Awards With Us

Update: Well, there you have it! The Game Awards proved to be an exciting event. We got multiple revelations (Mortal Kombat 11, The Outer Worlds, Persona’s Joker coming to Smash Bros. Ultimate, etc.) some heartwarming moments (SonicFox’s acceptance speech, the honoring of Steven Spohn), and a ton of awards. There was some upsets/expected outcomes; Red Dead Redemption 2 snagged plenty of awards, but God of War was considered Game of the Year. With only a few dry spots and some awkwardness here or there, the 2018 Game Awards was a success. We look forward to next year’s event.

Original Story: It’s that time of year folks. The Video Game Awards 2018 will be streamed live everywhere tonight at 8:3pm ET. There are a ton of awards to be given, gameplay trailers to watch, world premiers to get excited about. Basically, it’s time for gamers to celebrate gaming!
